We didn't start with cotton candy. Since we have a background in Food Service when the opportunity came up to provide the food for a Renaissance Faire back in 2007 we decided to go back to our roots. Now, Sillie Puffs does all sorts of special events! We do lots of Ren Fairs, festivals, car shows, fundraisers, community gatherings. We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch and we offer plenty of Vegan food choices. While living in North Africa many years ago I learned some great Vegan receipes!! Kusherie is one of our most popular dishes. Falafel – all made from scratch.
Typically we serve Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, French Fries, Mozzerella Sticks, Dragon Drums (chicken drums but with a twist!), Sausage Pepper and Onion Subs, Turkey legs, Chili Dogs, Hot Dogs (all BEEF!), Chili Cheese Fries, Full service breakfast items, Shaved Ice (we call them Chillie Sillie’s because….we just had to!) Funnel Cake, Veggie Pockets, Vegan offerings, Onion Rings, Nachos, Popcorn, Pretzels, Freshly Squeezed Lemonade and some other stuff! We just bought a pizza oven so Flatbread Pizza’s are on our menu too!
One of the things we are known for is Frozen Hot Chocolate!! Yes, that is not a typo! The one that is offered at the nationwide donut chain does not even come close to ours. We even have a fan club!!
